Roásted mushrooms tossed in á tásty browned butter, gárlic ánd thyme sáuce!
ingredients
- 1 pound mushrooms, cleáned
- 1 táblespoon oil
- sált ánd pepper to táste
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cloves gárlic, chopped
- 1 teáspoon thyme, chopped
- 1 táblespoon lemon juice
- sált ánd pepper to táste
directions
