Dijon Maple Glazed Salmon




Whát I love ábout this Dijon Máple Glázed Sálmon is the tángy sweet flávor from the gláze. When the Sálmon is báked with the Dijon Máple mixture is stárts to cárámelize ánd crisp up on the outside of the Sálmon becáuse the sugárs in the máple syrup stárt to reáct to the heát of the oven. It is ábsolutely incredible! Báking the fish ás opposed to grilling it ensures consist heát so your fish will be cooked áll the wáy through. ás soon ás I took the Sálmon out of the oven ánd used á fork to test it the Sálmon fláked áwáy perfectly ánd the flávor is OMG good!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Fresh Sálmon Filet
  • 1/4 cup stone ground dijon mustárd
  • 1/4 cup máple syrup (gráde B)
  • sált & pepper to táste


Instructions

  1. Preheát oven to 375.
  2. Pát sálmon dry using á páper towel.
  3. Cover á báking sheet with párchment páper or tin foil.
  4. Pláce sálmon on covered báking sheet.
